L'hébergement est très bien placé à proximité immédiate du centre ville, des commerces, de la plage et des ports. Il est convenablement équipé, exception faite de l'électricité qui doit être absolument mise aux normes. L'ajout d'une cafetière à dosette serait un plus. A noter qu'il est situé sur une route passagère assez bruyante mais la résidence, en revanche, est très calme. Appartement cependant tout à fait agréable pour un court séjour compte tenu de sa situation exceptionnelle.
