The room was incredible. Very large and very clean. Bathroom was way small but we managed It was awkward going to the pool as we had to walk through the lobby and ask for towels each time we went. The lobby floor was completely soake (understandable being winter) however, when in your bathing suit and no shoes not very convenient at all. And we had to ask for the staff to turn the slide on each time. Overall very nice and will stay again.

Hotel was good.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good & the rooms were okay nothing fancy. I booked a suite and it was tiny. Our hockey team enjoyed the pool. The overall feel of the hotel was a little dark but it worked for our group.

Stay was good. Pool was nice. Breakfast was terrible. The same sausage and hash browns were made both days, with very small amounts being made at a time. No cheese, granola bars, fresh fruit or pastry type things like at other hotels. Hardly any variety. Things ran out so fast because there was lots of people and very little space for the breakfast. Room was decent though. However, I booked two rooms for my family and it would have been nice to have them adjoining or at least on the same floor. Staff was nice.

Rooms were good. I asked for a late checkout which they said was no problem. The next morning I took my kids down for breakfast (we were running behind) at 9:15 and when we got there the lady was cleaning up everything. I asked if it was still breakfast, she said “10 more mins.” (I thought breakfast was till 10) So I quickly got my kids some food and they ate. She kept cleaning and putting things aways. It felt so rushed but I guess it’s my fault. We were done at 9:45. We went back to the room and as I was trying to get packed, my kids and myself ready there was a knock at the door at 11. I answered it and the first thing she said “are you checking out.” I told her I asked for a late checkout. All she said was “12?” I said yes and she walked away. I found it very sad that there was no hello, hi, good morning… It’s always been my go to hotel but I honestly feel like it’s going down hill and I will most likely stay somewhere else on my next visit.
