I prefer not to book online, and with family coming from out of town wanted to talk to an actual person about the room type and needs they had. Granted, it was mid morning and there were at least two other guest waiting at the front desk, but the three people who were there looked at me like I was freak, and said it would take 'considerable effort' to take my credit card and reserve a room. The 'manager' even pulled out his phone and showed me that they had rooms available and quoted me a price. Then waited for one of the other people to assist me since he could not, and once again they looked at me like was crazy and just said 'it would take considerable effort' and just stared at me. I just walked out at that point since they obviously didnt want to help me. I did end up booking online, without the ability to add the notes and requests I wanted. Very confusing.

I was arriving late, so I called the property ahead of arrival to inform them of my late arrival. I also asked for two additional pillows for the room, which had not been placed in the room as requested when I checked in. By that time, it would have been too late to ask again, since I assume that housekeeping would have been closed. The next day, the second day of my stay, after the first night, our room was not made up, so I had to call the front desk to ask for housekeeping service. I made a second request for the two extra pillows. When we returned to the hotel later, the room had been made up, and the pillows had arrived, as had been requested, but only 24 hours later from my first request.

Hot tub was hot enough but it was dirty lots of crud on the bottom. Very pet friendly excellent for the pets however the room itself had dog pee on the bed skirt in the tub was stained and the carpet was stained.

Friendly staff. It's distressing that a person has to pay $12 just to park in the hotel's own parking lot. Pretty much a rip off.

Had to wait almost an hour for our room after check in time. As we walked to the room, dirty linens were in the hallway. No place to keep cold drinks, no WiFi unless you have the app which has many errors. Staff seemed burdened by our presence.

The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast dining while we were there. Parking was convenient too. The rooms could use some updating but were quiet and overall we were comfortable.

Our toilet didn’t work at all the first two days. 3 people later it kind of worked. Trash in room wasn’t emptied until we complained day 3. Dirty towels and bedding all through the halls all day every day. Elevator floors were literally filthy the entire stay. We were there for a wedding reception and the food that was contracted for didn’t happen ( we are parents of the groom)
