When we arrived there had been a small snowstorm. The snow had almost stopped falling but the area outside the door had not been shoveled. I slipped in the snow and nearly fell down. My knee was very badly twisted and I cannot walk. Last night I reported this to a young woman at the front desk and asked her to file a report and to provide me with written confirmation that she had done that. She said that she would notify her supervisor who was not on the property. I said that I wanted email confirmation last nigh that I had reported this incident. I did not receive any confirmation. Last night I was unable to sleep because of the pain. I am now going to a hospital in the U.S. to have the knee looked at.

After a long day of travel back from Cancun this hotel offered a very comfortable bed. I was also happy the restaurant was open until 11pm so my family could have a meal after traveling. Clean and friendly staff.
