I was happy with my stay at the property. But there seemed to be confusion amongst staff regarding my service pet and the communication the day prior to my arrival (4 hour drive) I was still waiting on a call back from the manager. But over all it is a beautiful resort.

We were in a newer building next to only restaurant. The views out our balcony were beautiful with the color changes in the trees. Room was beautiful and spacious. Would stay here again. Restaurant seemed busy and service was slow, but overall it was good.

pleased with the room, clean and comfortable. only complaint is communication called multiple times they do not answer their phone, i left messages as they instruct you to, no call back or response, if you had a true emergency, you would be out of luck

The mountain views from our room were spectacular. I also loved the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The gondola ride was so much fun and Charlie's Alpine Bistro had really good food. I'm looking forward to doing it all again in the future.
