Great house near downtown and the lake

We have a lovely time staying in the house. We were a total of three couples. The location is great, just a short walk to the restaurants and the water. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake in this adorable property. It was a perfect setup for our family of 6 plus a baby. We loved the location and walked from the property to the marina and all around town. Our host was amazing and helped me with any and all questions we will definitely go back

Adorable Rental & Town

Grand Lake is truly a hidden gem! My friends and I thought this rental was perfect. Love that it was within walking distance to town as well as hiking trails. The only bummer was that the upstairs bathroom was out of order, but everything else about our stay was fantastic.

Great weekend trip!

This house is in an amazing location- walking to the water and downtown area whenever we wanted was great. The house manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Very accommodating. The house was clean and cute. Nice that it was dog friendly. We had a great time!

The place was great for what we needed! A total of 13 in our group, so we split ppl between 2 houses. Very quaint place & close to downtown. We did lots of walking and hiking, & spent o day at the hot springs.Very enjoyable trip. This is the 1st time to the mountains in May. Lol we called the weather Bipolar 🤣

Love this place

It was above and beyond our expectations! Clean, cozy and everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be booking here again in the near future! Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience in your beautiful home! It was so convenient to be able to walk to main street every day for shopping, dinner and entertainment. 4th of July family time

House is lovely. Well and thoughtfully stocked. Only issue is the windows are difficult to open and some are in need of repair/work. Our family loved it and look forward to next year continuing the tradition.
