We stayed with for 3 nights with 10 people ages 4 to 78. This house was great for us and was located in a great spot relative to downtown Grand Lake and the park. The house was well-equipped for us preparing a few meals and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the large bunk beds!! We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub and large deck were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The location is very walkable to the town and lake, would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

This truly is a beautiful, unique home. It met all our needs. The hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table were all hits for us. It also has possibly the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. I highly recommend booking it.

Lovely Stay in Grand Lake

This was the best place for a large group in Grand Lake! It was super close to town, had beautiful big windows, plenty of parking space and beds, and all the amenities we needed. I left some items and didn't get a response but they weren't super expensive so I'm not too worried, just to note that it's not the most active communication. Otherwise, it was a 10/10 stay and would love to stay again!!

Wonderful Home

Our family had a great stay in Grand Lake at this home. It had everything a family and/or friends could want with a hot tub, pool table, games, etc. The kitchen was huge and has everything you need to cook and the rooms were all big with a super-comfy huge couch in the main room to spread out on. The deck was so nice to sit out on and read, listen to the birds and just visit with family. And it was close enough to town and the lake for my older daughters to walk to.

Great location and beautiful home with so much to do!

The location of the house to the lake and main shopping street is really nice - it is less than a mile. Perfect for large parties the home has many amenities to accommodate and keep you engaged. We organized tournaments between 5 of the activities available. You also don’t feel closed in with a larger group due to the square footage offered. The house was also well stocked with the daily items needed to cook clean and live life. We had a great time.

Bigger than Expected… but that’s a good thing

My friends and I had a great time here. The house is bigger than the pictures do it justice, but that made it feel like everyone wasn’t on top of each other and feel crammed in. Of course the place at some quirks here and there, as all vacation rentals do. However, be sure to double check with management that the door lock is charged, the battery almost went dead by the end of our stay. But, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Rocky Mountain Retreat

Our family- mom, dad, and 2 teenage boys- stayed here for our week of RMNP exploration. We picked the Grand Lake side because it’s quieter and less crowded than Estes (which we also love). This house was PERFECT! Everyone had space to spread out. The kitchen is AMAZING for cooking! There are so many fun things to do at the house- pool, fusbal, ping pong, basketball, and video games that the boys hardly wanted to leave. The house is warm and comfortable…the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking. I could not recommend this property more enthusiastically.

Great location for 3 couples

House was large and can accommodate many, many people. Lots of bathrooms and room to move around. Kitchen is incredibly stocked with spices and food. Lots of plates etc for your crowd. Great basement with pool table and full bath as well although we didn't have time to enjoy it. Check-in instructions were a little harsh, but apparently they've had issues with renters in the past. House modestly decorated but who cares. All in all, would recommend for this cute little town.

Nice stay.

Roomy comfortable house. Nice for family get togethers. Close to town and the lake. We enjoyed our stay. For the price, supplies are limited. For ex. 8 people and 3 days - we had 2 trash bags and 3 dishwasher pods. Not enough. Grill was dirty and not fully functional, stuff like that. Not a huge deal, but annoying considering the cost.

Wonder House - Needs Attention

The house and configuration is ideal for a large family grouping with children. Would have given it a 5 however….. oven has issues overheating and erroring out, blender not working, coffee pot broken, no over head lights in the laundry room, lights blinking in multiple rooms, slow drain in bathroom near the kitchen, all non stick frying pans scratched, wine openers broken just to name a few things. With a bit of attention to these - easily could be fantastic.

Enjoyed our stay

We rented this VRBO with friends to celebrate a 40th birthday. The space was great for all of us and we enjoyed using the hot tub and game room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, but the kitchen was not. There were crumbs on all the counters when we arrived and the cabinets had several dirty dishes in them. It seemed that used dishes were put right back into the cabinets. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again, but I was disappointed in the kitchen and frustrated to pay a cleaning fee and still arrive to a mess.

Loved our stay, great experience.

Family vacation with 3 families, 11 people. Location excellent. The facility description in the ad was very accurate. Within walking distance to everything in the downtown area (about 1/2 mile). Beautiful house. Tons of room to spread out in. On-site parking for multiple cars. Lots of amenities. Game ròoms. Fully equipped kitchen. Downside is that all of the couches had minimal support, foam cushions shot. Very difficult for adults to get up from them. Overall, we would highly recommend this place for large groups. If we would ever be in that area again,we would choose to stay there.
