Part of the historic Lincoln Park Neighborhood, this is a free-standing vintage 1930s cottage. Adorably decorated using vintage and modern finds. SmartHome technology with fast, dependable WiFi. Kitchen has everything you need to cook but home is near many amazing restaurants if you don't want to. Sip some local wine by the fire pit or on one of the enclosed porches. Tour the main street area with plenty of choices for dining, art, shopping, antiquing, and entertainment or check out some local attractions.


THINGS TO NOTE:
-While by no means a tiny house this is a smaller home with compact furnishings and spaces.
-The house is downtown on a main street and there can be traffic noise. Nights, weekends, and holidays are quieter. White noise machines are provided in each bedroom.
-There is a SmartHome system with keyless locks, outdoor security cameras, motion sensor nightlights, sensitive smoke detectors, etc.
-This home is in the historic downtown Lincoln Park neighborhood which is being revitalized but the area is still mixed use with intermingled businesses and residences.
-There is no laundry equipment but some great laundromats nearby.


Booking requirements/house rules/rental agreement:
**Per the HA, must be at least 26+ years of age to book. No third-party bookings (person booking must be staying). No locals.
**Children must be pre-approved as house is not child-proofed (must be 7or older or non-mobile).
**For safety and insurance, due to toxic plants and other issues, no animals allowed in home or on property.
**No parties. No events. Max 4 overnight. All guests must be listed before booking including any potential visitors.
**Purchase trip insurance. No refunds for last-minute cancellations. No date changes 48hrs after booking.
