I mDe my reservations before reading the reviews and was very upset that I did that since almost all the reviews were bad. However when I got there I discovered they were wrong. The floors were clean, the ice machine was working in the evening and morning. Plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative thing I found was no elevator and other guest were very loud at 2AM.

Room wasn’t clean when we checked in. Poor water pressure. Cold pool. Ceiling in pool falling in. One ice maker for entire building, one in pool wasn’t working. Cancelled my reservation and they refused to refund me. Pictures definitely do not describe this place at all. Hardly any staff at all on the premises. Will ABSOLUTELY NOT stay here again or recommend this place at all. Stay away!!!

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool, hot tub & dining area were nice. The curtains could use a washing.Be sure to take hand soap & shampoo because it wasn't provided.

Everything was great, the services was amazing from the moment we walk in the door. The pool was clean and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem we had was our key cards had to be change twice because they stop working. My family enjoy our stay and if we are ever back in town this is we’re planing to stay.

The hallway smelled like pot. The room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of Lysol in the room. It was headache inducing. I mean it was strong. The toilet seat was broken.

Never again! Lost my business for good. We could cancel one day night stay due to finding out my wife's aunt has cancer so plans had to change. We were even good with just shifting the night stay to another week, but they didn't allow that either, we just lost our money. Not cool.

The room and amenities were fantastic. The breakfast provided was a very good variety which even provided protein. Even though it is located next to an expressway it was quiet, although the heating unit was a little noisy, but consistent, almost like white noise. I would definitely stay there again.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. For starters, the room was gross. I found old wrappers on the floor, a giant stain on the chair, and the bathroom at the floor was deteriorating. There was also some kind of sticky stuff on the door, and when I touched it, black residue was left on my fingers. Just because it's a 420 friendly state, doesn't mean it's a 420 friendly hotel. The place reeked of pot. I saw people going in with bags from the dispensary and the whole place smelled. On the plus side, at least it did have an aroma of febreeze. They let kids run up and down the halls, all hours of the night, banging on walls and on people's doors. One night, the fire alarm went off due to a "tv smoking". And kids/teens were banging all around the hotel halls around 10:30 at night, for a solid 45 minutes, like they've never heard an alarm. Following that incident, at around 12 AM, I heard a commotion outside in the hall, a bunch of teenagers who's parents bought them a hotel room, screaming and arguing. Police were called, and eventually the noise went away. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The pool was warm, and so was the hot tub. The downside is that either hotel housekeeping was behind or people stole towels, because on our last day, we went swimming in the morning, before leaving, there weren't any towels. So make sure to bring your own. And to top everything off, this was a 5 night stay, and housekeeping never came once.
