If a pool is listed as an amenity, pool hours are typically 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outdoor pools may be seasonal in colder climates, and all pools/hot tubs require occasional maintenance.

There is a FREE shuttle for Winter Park Ski Resort, but no shuttle for Granby Ranch Ski Resort which is 3-miles away.

Two Bedroom Presidential Casita: King in master, two doubles in the second bedroom. Condo has full kitchen, gas fire place, outdoor BBQ, a private hot tub, and is a standalone condo. Condo has bar seats at kitchen, but does not have dining room table. The maximum occupancy is 4.

The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.

At check-in, the resort Front Desk requires a $250 security deposit HOLD on a credit or debit card for potential damages. This HOLD will be released upon departure.

Sleigh and hayrides are also part of the local winter scene. Or how about a dogsled ride? Visit the Cozens Ranch Museum just north of Winter Park, the site of a stage stop and post office from the 1870s. Be sure to check out the room commemorating Doc Suzie, the first female doctor in the area.
