Luxury Log home which sits on 19 acres surrounded by some of the most beautiful county Colorado has to offer! 360 Views of the nearby Lake Granby and surrounding mountains. Our home is tucked away offering privacy but still just 20 minutes from the quaint town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, which offers endless attractions. Skiing at Granby Ranch is also down the road!
Our main level offers a our kitchen, dining area, and living space.

Basement:
-queen suite with attached bath
-bunkroom#1 with 1 full over full bunk
-bunkroom#2 with 3 twin over twin bunks and attached bath

Main level:
-master suite with king bed, open loft with 2 full size beds and attached master bath
-1queen suite with hallway shared bath
-full size suite with shared hall bath

Upstairs:
-full size suite with personal hall bath

Please note our home is off the beaten path and does require 4 wheel drive to access in the winter months.
Please be advised that the staircase in this home does have varying heights.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 5 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will loose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

MLK Weekend: 4 nights

Presidents Weekend: 5 nights

Peak Ski Season: (Late Feb / March / Early April): 5 nights

April: 3 nights first weekend, 2 for the remaining weeks

Memorial Weekend: 4 nights

Summer (June - August): 5 nights

4th of July: 5 nights

Labor Day Weekend: 3 nights

September: 3 nights

Thanksgiving: 4 nights

Christmas & New Years (mid Dec - early Jan): 5 nights.
