My bed had a piece of metal sticking out of the frame the caught my leg a couple of times. The toilet needed to be plunged (even for just toilet paper) every time. I twice had to walk a mile because my key did not work my door. The place looked tired. You don’t accept cash payment. There was no luggage cart available for arrival or leaving ( I walked another mile and looked!).

Older/small rooms and furnishings and the paper thin walls created noisy conditions late into the evening. Lots of hallway noise too….Check-in staff was awesome though! Beds were ok. Hard to see the correct entrance door at night, very little exterior lighting.

It was a little dumpy and loud, but thankfully quieted down right at 10:00 (quiet hours). We asked for a late check-out, and were told they would call us back to let us know. They never did. Overall, good spot if you are on a budget, but probably worth spending a few extra bucks to say somewhere nicer.

We had to check out an hour after arrival. Dishes were dirty, cookware was dirty and unsafe, grimy, grounds were hideous, run down and beat up everywhere. The stench was beyond dealing with and whatever chemicals used made us sick. It was awful. I wish we could get our money back.

We are excited for our next trip here.

Outside of the place being a little dated this was an amazing stay. Everyone we interacted with was great. Similar esthetic to a National Park Lodge, which was clearly the inspiration. No in lodge restaurant during our stay but it has a space for one, so hopefully someone fills that void. This will be our go to place in the future for this area.

I was not happy that the TV didn't work until the following morning. Also, the parking by entrance "O" did not have enough handicap parking spots (only 3) - and was rather dark. There were also no lines showing the parking slots, so some cars took 1 1/2 spaces. The reception area was clean and the folks there very helpful. A complementary coffee pot would have been nice. The "Lost & Found" restaurant was quiet and convenient, and the food was tasty & a good amount. Excellent service from the waitstaff also.
