Relaxing getaway in the mountains!

Spacious and welcoming home with beautiful mountain views! Highlights were grilling on the large deck and watching the stars from the hot tub at night.

Nice weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The best part was the owner, he communicated well and check in was the easiest we’ve had. The location is beautiful and the house is plenty big for 6-8 people. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and all of the furniture was in good condition. We didn’t sit in the hot tub but it looked really nice!

Great getaway!

Small group of us went up to get out of denver for one of our birthdays. We had a great time. Between the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and games we had a fantastic time. We all loved the layout of the property and everything was very clean. Would def stay again.

Wonderful Home!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! It’s nestled away in an adorable neighborhood that feels private but still allows you to be close to it all. It has everything you could ask for including a hot tub, pool table, and a generously stocked kitchen. Communication with the owner was superb and we hope to come back again one day soon.

Snowy vacation in Granby

We had a wonderful time at the property and really enjoyed our stay. The house has wonderful views and is well equipped for cooking. There was plenty of snow and a great hillside to sled on so we and our grandchildren had plenty of fun! We’d definitely consider returning.

Very comfortable, felt like home, with gorgeous views

This is a wonderful, comfortable home that suited our needs for a family of 4. The house provided a clean hot tub, comfortable beds, extra blankets, tons of spices and cookware and everything else we needed for a successful stay. We would definitely stay here again. One thing to note is that the neighbor trained their very friendly dog to poop on this property instead of his own, so that is our only negative feedback.

Our review

In general our stay was good. The place was clean, easy access and checkout, good location. It is not in as good condition as the pictures lead on. The grass on the property is over grown and the garage appeared to have mud in it from the winter. Inside there were several things that either didn’t work properly or were broken. The pullout couch, recliner, and even the toaster did not work properly.

Very responsive

Stayed here last minute after another reservation fell through elsewhere. The house was reasonably clean, and the area was quiet. We had a minor issue with the smart lock, and the point of contact was immediately available and was able to offer a workaround. Close to a grocery store, but most restaurants are 15-30 minutes away. Lake Granby and Monarch Lake nearby are worth a visit.

Disappointed

This home looks like it has been neglected in the outside. Inside of the home is OK but the outside was horrible. The “pool” table room is to small to play pool and the ceiling was leaking water. The outdoor fire pit was full of cigarette butts. Hot tub was not as advertised you have to walk thru weeds just to get to the hot tub. Says close to the lake but it is a 30 min drive just to get there. Overall very disappointing.

Great location, worked for the week but not exactly ad advertised

We rented the home for a week. Overall it served its purpose having enough rooms and personal space for everyone, but was not exactly as listed. Pros: The kitchen was nice and well equipped, we even had extra laundry detergent, stocked dish detergent, paper towels, salt pepper, etc. Cons: Upon arrival the master bathroom’s curtain was collapsed in the bathtub, the blanket in the master bed was covered in dog hair as was the carpet and the dresser had a decent amount of dust. (Tried to get a picture but it was hard to get a good angle)The curtain rod was held together witch scotch tape, and fell when we tried to open the curtain. The beds were not as advertised. None of them had head or footboards or bedding like shown in the pictures, the downstairs couches and pillows smelled like dog. The comforters were not clean on arrival. There was a chess table, but half the pieces were missing so you couldn’t play. The pool table doesn’t leave much room to play.The grass was very overgrown and not well kept. The chairs on the back desk were cheap plastic ones, one of which was broken on arrival. It could be a really nice property, but definitely needs some work.

Great stay with dogs allowed

We really enjoyed this property! The property was spacious, and well equipped to be able to make breakfast and dinners. It’s a huge bonus to be able to bring the dogs, they very much enjoyed the snowy weekend and yard space. I would recommend this property and would stay again. The point of contact was extremely responsive!

Great space for get togethers

Our experience was overall very good. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to cook a meal for a large group. The hot tub was a very nice amenity. There were a few things that could be improved: there were areas of the house that were dusty or not cleaned well, not many extra blankets to use, and the electronic front door pad lock ran out of batteries. The trash and recycling room did not have the bins labeled so we were confused on where to put things. A few minor inconveniences did not damper our stay much at all!

Lovely Home. Everything You Need

The location is great if you are going to Granby Ranch or Fraser. Views are lovely. Everyone in the area seems friendly. City Market is very close. Lots of fun for kids--a whole closet of kids toys, plenty of space, yard sloped so they could sled. Kitchen is well appointed. Love the hot tub and the night view. The property contact is very prompt to reply, helpful, and accommodating.

The hot tub is nice. The pool table room isn't wide enough. Other than that, it was a very nice. We loved it.
