Great Weekend

What a wonderful weekend to disconnect from work! The scenery was beautiful, and the indoor-outdoor living experience was fantastic. The house was very clean and had a lot of space. The pool table was a nice added feature. We will be going again.

The house was not very clean. The bathroom upstairs had a broken toilet seat and a broken towel rack. Dishwasher didn't work. The outdoor area had not been attended to in quite awhile. There were no closets in the guest bedrooms. The price was very reasonable, but now I know why.

The property did not match the listing photos and was much dirtier than expected upon arrival. We found ants underneath the couch, dirty floors, stained couch cushions, unemptied trash, spider webs, and multiple wasps right outside the home. When checking the sofa bed, we also found socks and a hair tie inside, which made it clear the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom condition was also unacceptable, including dirty light switches and overall poor cleanliness.We were traveling with an infant and children under 5 years old, so due to the condition of the property, we contacted the host immediately during our stay. Although the host came to the property, the concerns were not adequately resolved, and the host insisted the property had already been cleaned.Because of the condition of the home, we decided to leave within an hour of arrival and had to book a nearby hotel instead. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like the pictures shown in the listing. I would recommend future guests confirm the current condition of the property before booking.
