First off, the staff here is top notch! So accommodating and welcoming! We felt so at home here, so the minor details were just that:minor. Our room was fairly clean but there was a roach in the bathroom (alive) counter and a couple of the flat areas hadn't been wiped down as we saw cup marks. We can overlook these small deets bc the staff was so friendly. Thank you so much and God bless yall!

I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother from California and we checked in on Saturday afternoon and was greeted by the most friendly, warm welcoming lady the front desk named Julie. She was so helpful in making sure that I had a room that was accessible to the elevator and that it was convenient for my mom and myself she also called the room after we had been in our room for a couple hours to make sure that it was up to our standards and that everything was okay. The next morning went downstairs for the breakfast that they offer which was fantastic. We met April who is the morning manager and she was so helpful in giving me a printout of places I could take my mom to go around and visit and look at them that would be interesting for us to see. The breakfast that they offer is amazing it's clean people actually want to sit down stairs in the dining area and have breakfast together. My mother loved Elvia's gravy for the biscuits so much that Elvia brought her some extra out for her even as breakfast was shutting down. Donna is so sweet, she told me lots of houses to look at since we're looking to move to Texas. She told me good areas to check out.
