I would definitely stay here again! The staff was great! The food was great (other than the continental breakfast, plan on something else, this was not great) but we brought our own breakfast already. Overall pretty great.

Overall our stay was good, but the one thing that really bothered me is the bed sheets were too small for the bed and the elastic was worn out, so the sheets kept coming off and bunching up.

The room was very clean, private and quiet. The grounds were well laid-out. The fee structure for this facility was very confusing; I reserved the site with my credit card, and then had to pay a resort fee & tax structure when I arrived on a second payment, which was nearly a quarter of the cost of the original reservation I paid for. Please include all fees and taxes in the original billing, to avoid confusion. This felt like a bait-n-switch to me, and does not make me want to return any time soon.

The hotel is surrounded by forest and is in a beautiful part of the world. The hot tub and pool were wonderful on a snowy night. There is a bus stop near by that goes up the mountain to Timberline and other ski areas for $2 each way (bring cash).

Overall good accomodations

Great accommodations, except for the TV remote; 1 remote had to be looked for & was found under the bed. The other wouldn't control the TV without the other one. Then someone had changed the settings on FOX News HD channel to "Espanol;", therefore no sound (in English) would come out of the TV when this particular channel was selected.....dirty little trick being played by the Spanish/ immigrants that worked there.....

The sauna wasn’t a thing. Resort fee for why? an ice skating rink to get to breakfast? A truck zipping thru the parking lot cuz they can’t run laundry carts down the hallways? The room was ok. The door had scuff marks w paint chipped off the inside of the door. The stools in the dinning area of the room had parts of missing fabric on them. If that were in my own home I would have thrown them out. Picture on the wall was off center and in the other wall had hooks where a picture previously was. Restroom had old dust in the sink area/ tissue box. Who knows how long that has been there.

The front desk lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She let us check in early and was informative. We were advised we had free breakfast with our stay. Upon arrival we noticed they only had some hard boiled eggs, limited pastries, some fruit, and yogurt. They did not have any cooked food even eggs. It was very disappointing to say the least. They also did not have any cutlery and when asked for spoons because we had gotten 3 yogurts, they only brought us 1 even though we specifically asked for more. Overall the “breakfast option” is mediocre at best. The hotel is a bit run down as well although rooms were clean and waters were included which was a nice touch.
