Beautiful house. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed by a flock of geese on the lake shore! A peaceful place, filled with the scent of pine trees. A perfect place to unwind from the city. Great location – an hour's drive to Picture Rock and an hour to Mackinaw Island. Thank you, Marianne, for the wonderful and prompt communication! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Adventure and Relaxation

This house is perfect! Everything we wanted to see/do was within an hour or less. On days we weren't out and about we were able to relax and unwind. The house was spacious for all of us to have privacy or gather together. There are so many options available for activities at the house. The kitchen was well equipped as it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Perfect stay!

My friends and I rented this property for my birthday trip, most of us had never been to the UP before and this house was perfect! We loved the view as well as the built in speakers on the inside and outside of the house, we spent a lot of time out on the porch listening to music and talking. The bonfire pit was great as well, with the ability to grill on it which we did use! For my first time renting a vrbo, we had a great time! Our host was wonderful and very friendly, she responded to every message or call, and answered every question we had throughout our stay! I highly recommend renting this property. It was very secluded and private, as well as quiet and simply beautiful! :)
