Ripped off

The hotel claimed that it did not receive our booking. However when the hotel helped us find a room at another hotel, they then paid for the room and said this was ok bevause they got paid by hotels.com, which\n was who we booked the room with in the first place? So how could they have got the money if they never received the booking?

Shower door in bathroom on room 1 is dangerous. It is metal and sharp and when opened it cut my toe. I doubt I’m the first person to be cut by this door. Only on street parking.

Loved this little motel. Very friendly host. Great communal kitchen and dining room with complimentary cereal and toast for breakfast. Room was very small but very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would not hesitate to come back.

Room very cold, even with aircond on. Bedlight broken. Inside kettle was black and dirty. Bedside table was an old stool. Bathroom icy cold. Floor was sticky. Doona very thin. Shocking pillows and mattress. We travel to Goulburn a lot. Wont be staying here again.
