"My only complaint would be that the Rooftop Bar staff let me sit at my table for at least 20 minutes to 30 minutes before engaging me to see what I would like to order.!This was not a one of instance I had to look for them to place my order or flag them down. They seemed to be more interested in the younger crowd that were not guests of the hotel. Poor service. The rest of the staff, reception, experience team, bell staff and restaurant staff were excellent. The property is beautifully maintained, rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel is well located."
