Had a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel, very child friendly, clean spacious rooms, could do with a few drawers but other than that very good. Excellent choice at breakfast, plenty of activities for children to do. Would recommend for families.

Finally, a hotel that caters to families of 5! A great family room with triple bunks in a little alcove. Cosy and fun for the kids, right outside the entrance to Liseberg amusement park.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent amenities for kids and adults. Think this would be a five star hotel anywhere. Every member of staff was lovely and quickly adapted to perfect english whenever we showed how poor our Swedish was. Breakfast was extremely varied and lovely. Location next to the theme park is perfect and overall the hotel is just a bit magical. Highly recommend will come again

Excellent would definitely return. Only minor thing was the buffet evening meal, we had it twice and it was the same both nights, could have been more varied and better quality.

It was all just fine. Delicious breakfast and all sort of foods for a nice meal at morning. It was so satisfying. We had room with one doppel bed and 3 other beds for the kids. All clean and fine. Kids have possibility to play at the lobby for free and it was fun for my little kid. If I vistit this city I'll book definitely a room again at this cozy hotel.

Great property, poorly managed. Many gaps in service around parking, problem resolution, restaurant hours. No phones in a hotel room is a great indicator of lack of service. Every issue brought to the hotels attention was brushed off as either, “this isn’t the US” or just total dismissal.

Rommet var helt ypperlig, plass nok for 4-5 stk. Klima/temp anlegg velfungerende.
