I am sorry to have to leave this review, but considering the price we paid, the condition of the property was simply not acceptable. There were nail clippings on the living-room floor and hairs on the toilet seat. We were also visited every night by a mouse that came to eat from the rubbish bin. We could hear rats or mice inside the walls gnawing on something.Overall, the property itself is pleasant, but it is absolutely not worth the price we paid. Just before this stay, I rented a luxury property in Jasper for 1,500 for three nights, and the quality and standard of luxury were exceptional. Here, I felt as though I was staying in fairly average accommodation while paying considerably more.Including the additional fees, taxes and cleaning charge, the total came to 2,200 for three nights, which is outrageous given the quality of the accommodation. In my opinion, this property should cost no more than 1,200 for three nights.I travel extensively, and this is the first time I have stayed somewhere that failed so completely to meet my expectations.
