Great staff to communicate earlier when we were on the way for late check in. The late check in process was so easy and instruction was very clear. The location of this property was not very ideal, too far from the centre of Surfers Paradise where you have to take 2-3 stops of tram. There is a construction of hi rise building next to it, it was so noisy at very early morning. There was no block out curtain in the room that my kid couldn’t have good sleep every night. The air conditioning in the lounge was very old and the cooling function didn’t work properly. Parking space in the basement was so tiny and extremely limited. We were so worried that we couldn’t find a parking space, which we had to come back before 6pm every day and used public transport for night activities.

Excellent location just out of the central surfers paradise area. Beach across the road, light rail station close handy and a cafe downstairs. Curtains had some dirty marks on them which need cleaning. Excellent views with balcony. Staff were friendly.

We were only notified at 3:45 on the day of arrival that there was construction works happening in the building alongside. Had we of known this we wouldn’t have booked, we were woken up at 6am to the sound of drills and construction works, we don’t get away often from our 4 kids and just needed this break, we were very disappointed about how this was communicated and the very short notice

Good place to stay within 100 metres to the ocean.

Great communication from the staff, the apartment was large with everything you would need for extended stays. Two TV's with one in the bedroom a lounge, balcony with ocean views and very very close to the beach. The only negative was the bathroom, it needed some attention.

Room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Staff were also very friendly. Also, there's a tram stop beside the property which makes it easy to get to the heart of Surfers if you don't fancy the 10-15min walk. Note: there is another tower block currently being built across the road, however the apartments have double glazed windows & doors which helps minimise any construction noise.

It was a amazing experience with Rhapsody hotel and i stayed for two days in all so everything is convenient around this place except a bit noisy due to construction site which is close to it but their view to ocean was stunning
