Cooly Beach
Great location. Patio was always in the shade and wrapped around building. There are only 12 units in the building and apt was spacious. I would definitely return.

Poor Body Corporate maintenance impeded otherwise nice place.
Pool a mess. Lift broke down at checkout with no way to get down to car except on slippery outside tiles and fire escape. Ironing board needed replacing and two lights were dead. One was kitchen but it got replaced. Otherwise clean neat and good location.
