This was very nice for a quick 1 nights stay as we were passing through Paducah. The price was right the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good . Recommend to stay there.

Stains on the couch. Bathroom was filthy. The beds were clean which is the only thing that saved us from switching hotels. Staff was rude when we asked to exchange our dirty towels out for clean ones.

I was given a room that had not been cleaned at all then was told I didn’t reserve the type of room that my reservation clearly stated I had reserved. They tried to give me a smaller room and said that should be all I needed in the first place. I was called a liar and finally given a 3rd room-matched what I reserved. The hide-a-bed still had a dirty sheet on it.

The first room I was given had a horrible leak in bathroom from the ceiling, the second room was okay. Pillows could be bigger, sink does not drain well. Guy at front was nice and quick to move me to a new room.

At check-in you had to call a phone number for service. We had no towels. It was a very dark room even with the lights on. Only one lamp on nightstand. No bulbs in the lamp by the couch. It was the worst place we have ever stayed. I think we should get a refund. We will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

The employee was rude. Demanding a 250$ cash deposit, which I have stayed with this place a few times and that has never been a requirement. The lady at check out was a lot nicer. But the guy last night was rude and horrible customer service skills.

The room was freezing when we arrived, the heat had not been turned on ahead of time and it took till after midnight to warm up and the furniture was cold through so even with the covers pulled up the bed as cold. The temperature outside was in the 20s so heat was definitely needed.
