Hotel location was good, cleanliness was excellent. Only problem I had was the noise, radiator in the room constantly clicked both when on or off, a loud humming noise could be heard constantly from external fans and I was woken early every morning by bottle bins being emptied.

Great first time stay
First time staying at the Mercure and will definitely be back. Pleasant and helpful staff and clean cosy rooms. Great location in the city centre for shopping and restaurants.
