Nice hotel but kept awake all night by a noisy/faulty heating fan and by the noise of the train station outside the bedroom window. We suggested they repair the fan and install better noise reduction windows!

We have traveled all over Glasgow and this hotel has been the best most exceptional by a million miles! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Even at breakfast after the first stay we were recognised immediately and seated by a staff member who clearly cares enough to know his guests. Unbelievable service!

Great hotel and staff. Good location for the city centre. Room was spotless, spacious, warm and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, large variety of food available and is served up to 10.30. Only downside is the noise from the street and the trains, but if you want to be close to the city centre and transport then the noise is expected.
