I came early to see if I could leave my bag at reception, they gladly released my room early which was a pleasant surprised. My visits to reception, I was dealt with promptly and in a friendly professional manner. No issues with noise Room was comfortable and clean My only complaint is that no access to wifi- not given but to be fair I didn’t ask for it.

We enjoyed the hotel lobby. It allowed us to have family game nights after a busy day. We could have beverages food and hot drinks. Rooms were good. Hotel staff always very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very convenient for bus, train travel and enjoying the many things the city had to offer.
