Staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, I assume the put dogs and their owners in their most dated and tired looking rooms as they aren't bothered about damage to them, seems a little unfair given you pay a premium to bring a dog! Overall, the room was nice enough for a short stay, but needs asome improvements such as better pillows to be comfortable for longer.

They just need to sort some teething issues from just opening. Heating, TV glitching and stopping, wrong buttons linked to wrong things in the bathroom
