We had booked 2 king-sized rooms but were given a twin room and a king-sized room which is disappointing. ..."

"Nice stay, used to go to a wedding next door, so ideal location. The staff were great booked us in early and the room was ready, so let us in. There was plenty of parking on the top of the Waitrose car park in the hotel spaces. Stayed for the breakfast which was well worth it, lots of choices, fruit ..."

"The room was dirty, floor not hoovered, toilet had previous person’s smears on it. Sink had bits in it. Really quite filthy. Receptionist didn’t even tell us the room number or where the lifts were. There was plenty of parking on the top of the Waitrose car park in the hotel spaces. Stayed for the breakfast which was well worth it, lots of choices, fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, cheeses, cooked food and toast. As many cups of tea and coffee as you wanted, staff cleared away the used items quickly leaving plenty of room on the table. Will definitely be back and fully recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Glasgow."
