Located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, NH, the Samoset Condominium Complex will keep you and your family busy while enjoying quality time together! This newly remodeled, fully furnished 2-bedroom condo has air conditioning, and laundry in unit. The deck of this condo is directly off a large playing field for the kids to play in. Enjoy relaxing on the beach with breathtaking views of the “Broads”, the widest part of Lake Winnipesaukee. There is a beautiful community pool overlooking the lake. Enjoy the beaches, and tennis/pickle ball courts. Ellacoya Bar and Grill is a quick walk for some delicious food and drinks. Gunstock mountain is less than 10 minutes for great hiking and skiing. It is a 10-minute drive to Bank of NH Pavilion for outdoor summer concerts! There is internet access with smart tv, but no cable tv channels. Linens are not provided with this rental, but can be provided for additional fee. Make this your home base for all the adventures the Lake Region of NH has to offer. **We are sorry, but motorcycles are not allowed at Samoset. Guests have access to the day dock for drop off and pick up but can not use moorings or docks. Renters are not allowed to bring pets to any Samoset condos. Infraction of these rules will result in a fine, or you may be asked to leave the property.
