Located in a quiet community. The rules of coexistence with other neighbours must be respected, taking special care when moving through common areas.



Located in the Arena Neighbourhood, with multiple nearby services, restaurants, cafés, supermarket... San Lorenzo Beach is just a few minutes' walk away.



Ideal for getting around on foot, by car, public transport or electric vehicle rental. Paid street parking zone, with free parking areas a few blocks away and nearby public parking option.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment.
