Eric and staff very friendly I believe the employees did their best in keeping it clean. However the furniture in our room was very grimy unpleasant to touch. Beds were comfortable tv remotes not in good working condition. Bathroom was clean poor grade of toilet paper. Very quiet and again good service from all.

Reasonable Price, Excellent Location

This hotel was easy to find and convenient to all of the sites in Gettysburg. Front desk and breakfast area staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. The hotel is a bit dated. The beds were uncomfortable and the air was under renovation and hard to adjust lower than 68F. We weren't staying in the hotel for long periods, as we were there to tour the sites. The hotel was very quiet and very strict with keeping noise to a minimum, which we appreciated after long days of touring.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Chair was badly stained and ripped. Towels were yellow due to wear. Mold in the shower. Floors were very dirty upon arrival.

So-so

The beds all all very very soft. Had a backache when I woke up. The room smelled musty. They need to have certain rooms for pets. The elevator is unbelievably SLOW!
