Terrible because I didn’t get a chance to stay on the property. I mistakenly selected the wrong date and when I received the email the same day within an hour of booking, I realized the date selection was wrong. I selected 11/28/2025 and it should have been the next day which is 11-29-2025. Embassy Suites nor Hotels.com were willing to accommodate my change of date. I didn’t want a refund, I only wanted to correct the date to the next day. I was traveling from out of town for a funeral and now I have no where to stay because my credit card was already $162 for a one night stay which was the day I booked it. I’m extremely disappointed and upset because it was an innocent error. Now I would like to either have a refund or a voucher for a night stay when I return to Charleston.

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time booking this hotel. The 2 bedroom queen suite rooms have adequate space for a family of 5 or 6. We love the full buffet breakfast with an omelette station and an evening reception with 2 free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Will book again.

The room was çlean, and properly stocked. Each time we ran into housekeeping they asked if we needed anything from towels to coffee. The breakfast crew of service workers were very nice, and the food was great. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Bartender was great. The room wasn't cleaned and we ran out of towels and it took a long time to get them and we had to sit up Saturday night waiting so we can take shower and go to bed.

The room and breakfast were good. My only and BIGGEST issue is that my family went to the pool. Upon leaving we noticed there were no towels. Went to the front desk . They said " we will be right in with some" . 35 minutes of waiting later still no towels. We back to the desk. Long story short...We missed a non refundable prepaid $140 event due to NO TOWELS. We frequently stay at Embassy, but frankly i am pissed and disappointed and so were my kids. I guess we should have just left the pool soaking wet, slipped and fell. i guess they would have cared then
