Room was very comfortable and very clean. With no room temperature controls though the room temperature fluctuated during the evening - had to open the window. The front desk personnel were always ready and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would stay there on any return trip to Geneva.

A good location hotel 5 minute walk ailway station

6th floor room we stay looked like nearly furnished but need staircase access from where the elevator reached on 5th floor. The gentleman who checked us in was providing excellent service showing us the other rooms as we requested. Other receptionists were average. Breakfast acceptable.

Great place for the price

Close to the waterfront, train station, and restaurants. Is not air conditioned, but room comes equipped with a fan. New renovations make the reception area bright and welcoming. Clean.

Small but perfect

Hotel reception is under renovation, but it doesn't affect anything. Room is spacious and very clean with a big bathroom and a cloakroom to put the suitcase and hang the clothes. Location is perfect, easy to access to everywhere. A big department store MANOR is just accros the road. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Overall we have a present stay.

very good location and a nice comfortable hotel. Lack of air conditioning on a very hot day but not hotels fault as probably not usually needed. Some work was being done and it would have been nice if we had been informed before arrival by either the hotel or expedia.

The place was clean and the breakfast provided was good. However, it was a really small hotel room with a tiny twin bed and no windows that can open to provide relief from the heat.. This was problematic given the heatwave Geneva was experiencing.

Very clean & all staff very friendly & helpful -great to be able to leave luggage without a restricted time -absolutely great location My only reservation is not having tea/coffee facilities in the room as this really makes a difference -I would be prepared to pay a little more to have this facility
