Fist time with Air Portugal and it was a great experience!

Sep 12, 2019

The 1st flight from Tel Aviv to Geneva was not as ideal as there were only 2 bathrooms for the whole plane and the stewards sitting behind me were not very polite and quiet. The 2nd flight was great.

Jul 2, 2019

Seats were very small even for a 5'6" 128lb woman.

Jun 20, 2019

Short 3 hour flight. Friendly staff

Feb 3, 2019

My dad was able to get a seat with extra leg room. So thankful!

Not happy having to wait over an hour on the plane before takeoff.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Geneva

Your adventure to Geneva starts as soon as you've finished all the security checks. Here is a list of handy tips to ensure you pass through quickly:

  • Ensure your travel ID and boarding pass are not difficult to reach. You'll need to show them straightaway.
  • Wallets, USB sticks and keys should be placed in a tray for X-raying. If you enter the body scanner with these items, you'll be instructed to turn back and remove them.
  • All laptops must be removed from their protective carry bags and placed in a tray before being X-rayed.
  • When it comes to flying with gels or liquids, every passenger is permitted a quart-sized clear resealable bag to transport containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Security personnel will likely tell you to remove your shoes for the body scanner. Wear a pair that you can slip off easily. There's nothing worse than having to do your laces up over and over again.
  • Some destinations have strict quarantine laws. Consider where you're off to and whether or not it's permissible to fly with fresh fruit and other foods.
