Rooms were small but comfortable. One of the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen. The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not the best. It’s convenient if you need proximity to the train station.

Great spot, just steps from everything you need

Really nice surprise in the heart of Paquis (next to the beloved Parfums de Beyrouth) and a quick walk from the train station. Stayed for a night while transiting to the alps and was comfortable, clean, and close to everything I needed. The pool was very warm (I usually find hotel pools way too cold for my liking) and the hot tub and sauna were lovely, and empty in the evening - open late (10pm I believe). Will definitely book again next time I'm in town.

Avoid if you have a family

Hotels.com ratings gave this hotel a 9. The rooms are so small you can barely move without hitting something. None of the USB charging ports work, but the worst part was the hotel was in the middle of downtown Geneva Red District which was very uncomfortable for a family to go in and out of this area. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!

VIP platinum not worth it

Not sure VIP properties is worth it, as a platinum member I should be offered a room upgrade and free beverage, no room upgrade was offered even though I saw on the website there was rooms available, I had to ask for the beverage and wasn’t offered it. The hotel itself is just a stroll from the train station, room was small but comfortable, the area around the hotel didn’t look great!
