"We called to verify that they did not use fragrances, like sprays to mask smell before we came. We arrived and they started to redo the lobby area by changing the floor plan which you couldn't sit in the common area to sit and relax instead of staying in your room and painted and used glue for the wall paper. The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all this was the worse stay that I have had the whole time I have traveled. When we left which was a day earlier the computer was down and could not get a receipt. We complained about the smells and noise with no sympathy. My brother which has bad allergies and I traveled to Alabama to do some hunting. Ended up going to Walmart to purchase an air purifier to help in the room while we were gone during the day to help during the night while we slept. The air conditioner didn't work properly. "
