Menu for breakfast was lacking. You had a choice of three sugar cereal, pkgs of porridge . Sausage and gravy, and bagels and cream cheese. Not the healthiest. A bit better variety would have been nice Also need new pillows. Having 6-8 small old pillows instead of king size pillows for our king size bed would have been appreciated. Putting a good topper would also give you a few more years to the old mattresses

We had a nice stay..the staff was very sweet. ...no hot tub was disappointing...the tiny couch pillows to sleep on made me wake up with a bad headache. The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable otherwise. We will stay again just bringing our own pillows to! The nice helpful staff was worth it!

Bed bugs. male underwear behind the door.

Blood stain.
They swept real goods when there was a Bobby pin on the floor.
Staff stated they don’t have a bed bug problem. Why was there a cover on only one of the beds. I ended up sleeping in my car the second night, after the live bug was discovered. Didn’t get a picture because immediately took it to the front desk.

Our room had a broke mattress in it. Piece of metal sticking out of the right side that was really sagging. We talked to the front desk staff when we checked out that morning and they had no reaction. Did not care at all. Also, there was a big snow storm and the parking lot was very poorly plowed.
