Distributed on one level, the living area with double-sided fireplace, the veranda dining room and the modern kitchen with wine cellar and ice maker, overlook a large area of sand equipped with sun loungers. Go down two steps you will be on your private sandy beach! A small service bathroom for you and your guests is available in the living area.
The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with King size bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with shower both with sea view and direct access to the deck, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also with King size bed always has a private bathroom with shower, walk-in closet and TV. A third cozy bedroom with sea view, with Queen size bed and private bathroom with shower, is located in the garden with independent access.
The terrace that opens onto the panorama, where you can admire beautiful sunsets and the amazing yachts in the harbor, is equipped with a dining table where you can have lunch and dinner with an unsurpassed view.
The interiors are bright, fresh and tastefully decorated. The whole villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, Sat TV in every room and private internal car park.

Spectacular property
The house is right on the water with stunning views. It is beautifully equipped with the finest of everything. It has a separate guest house. Our only concern was accessing the gate while maneuvering fast traffic on the main road. We were able to adjust to that within a day, but it was tricky at first. The house is close to town. Lovely in all ways.

Was the perfect beach house close enough to town to bike or walk.
This property was the perfect location. We walked to town or biked every day or went next door to beach club for lunch. My children really enjoyed this place.

great property, but Vrbo customer service is as bad as it gets
The place was gre4at and the host was great. however, Vrbo never adjusted the service fees when we reduced our length of stay, ripping us by over 100 euros.. I will not rent via vrbo again!@ Their customer service is simply BAD~!

Amazing Beach House in St. Tropez
The property is amazing. It is clean, bright modern and waterfront. Vania is a great hostess. The house has plenary of Beach toys. We fully used the paddle board and floats in the Mediterranean. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfort table memory foam. It is a short and enjoyable walk in to town, whichI made very morning for bread and cheese. The kitchen is well stocked and we did cook three of our five nights because the outdoor covered family room is as nice at the pictures show and we wanted to enjoys the beautiful evenings on the water. What is missing from other reviews is the proximity to great restaurants. Within a 100 meter walk is La Vague d’Or, a 3 star Michelin restaurant you will need to plan in advance to get a reservation. I wish I had. we did dine at Bouillabaisse and Pearl and both were excellent and highly rated on trip adviser. Again, all three restaurants are only a 150 meter walk from the. House.. Also, Pappy Burger is close and despite the name has a great breakfast and fresh baguettes in the morning. This house exceeded expectations, which were high when we arrived.

Lovely seaside villa
From the parking at the front of the house, to the back garden being a sandy beach, this is a perfect place to enjoy St Tropez from.
Two generous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are light and airy, third one in the annex looked lovely too.
Living room with gas fire place is fantastically giving to the beach too as is the dining room.
Very comfortable, large house for 4-6 with a great outdoor space. Close to St Trop centre- 12 min by foot if you dont fancy driving up. It is situated on the main road so it gets noisy but the view makes up for any inconvenience and indoors it is serene and quiet. In the summer the road is usually choca blocked so less noise anyway. Perfect place to enjoy the nightlife from as you can literally walk up to famous cafes and clubs once they open again. In Christmas week with no restaurants open, it was lovely to cook and eat in while kids played on the beach - in the garden!!!
All in all, very good week spent at Vania’s house. Thank you for having us!
