This apartment DOES NOT ALLOW groups of young people under the age of thirty. Studio of 41 m2 on a first floor, located eighty meters from the fine sandy beach, in the downtown area of Gandia beach, right next to the “Colonia Ducal”, and a step away from the “Aquarium” complex.
Fully renovated accommodation with an detached kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with double sofa bed and a folding double bed. It has a small and nice North-facing terrace with awning. It offers split air conditioner.
Equipped with bed linen and towels, and all basics needed to cook and set a table. Capacity 2/4 persons. YOUNGSTERS BELOW THIRTY YEARS ARE NOT WELCOME. Pets are allowed on request. When the keys are collected, a guaranty of 150 € is to be deposited, to cover possible damages or breach of the pre-established departure time. It will be refunded 24/48 hours after your departure and the review of the apartment.
The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard service in high season, the slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and elderly. There is a great variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. It’s without a doubt the number one choise of Spanish tourists, idyllic if you are looking for a NON charter destination!!!
