Newly updated home just steps from the popular Sunflower Bakery, The Original Mexican Cafe, and downtown Galveston. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, cozy backyard with shady trees and a surfboard shower, and a charming front porch perfect for evening relaxation. Situated on a corner lot for easy, convenient parking. Recent guest review: "The BEST! Don’t miss a chance to stay in the cleanest, best kept rental we’ve stayed in after almost 10 years of using this service!"

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. This house is adorable and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Very thick bath towels and comfortable mattresses on the beds. The decor was well done also. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the front porch the next morning.
