We had a great time and will definitely keep this one for one we might return to rent. Perfect for our needs. I did have to recent the showers due to hair in them, but everything else was super clean.

Everything was nice and relaxing. We were there to fish and relax. We enjoyed our trip. The inside of the house was just the the right size for the three of us. Some attention is needed for the bottom deck, over all, we enjoyed it.

Great vacation spot!

We had a great time here! The house was very clean and we were very pleased with our stay there. The property manager Pierre checked in with us a couple times to see if we needed anything. We ended up stuck in the home for almost two days due to a storm surge, but they were very helpful and accommodating to make sure that we were okay and got out safely. We would definitely stay here again!

Size of the property was great. And great location. There was an overwhelming odor of mold in the downstairs room/bathroom. Some mold around the a/c vents in the kitchen. The boat deck area definitely needs replacing would not recommend walking on it. And the railing on the upstairs deck was pretty unsteady as well.

Lovely Home, makes a lovely vacay

I just love the layout of this house, its adorable. the kids loved the little loft/ reading nook. Like an indoor treehouse! The outdoor kitchen looks like its still needs some work, and had some very smelly trash left behind, but its going to be awesome when they finish it. Even with the untapped potential it was a lovely stay. They had several boats available for use(the paddleboat probably needs to retire). Great spot for kayaking if you have mosquito spray. Very peaceful neiborhood, freindly neighbors.
