Welcome to Galveston Island known for its beaches and rich history. Galveston offers many attractions such as Schlitterbahn Water Park and Moody Gardens where glass pyramids house sharks, monkeys and other animals. Visit the historical Galveston Pleasure Pier with shops, restaurants, arcade and amusement rides all out over the ocean. There is a train museum and two WWII ship museums at Seawolf Park. Johnson Space Center,
mission control, is twenty minutes away. Lastly Galveston hosts one of the largest historical districts in the country. The Strand District has the largest collection of early 19th Century commercial architecture anywhere in the United States. The city also hosts a half dozen or more of famous Victorian Style mansions open to the public. Come play, relax and enjoy the rich history.

Front row seats to the epic Galveston sunrises and sunsets. Inside the home is an open floor plan, utility closet, 1/2 bath and mud room on the main floor. Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.
The primary bedroom has a private covered deck, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with tile surround shower & double vanities. Throughout the home you will find custom window treatments, tile flooring, recessed lighting, crown molding, modern finishes & designer hardware Beachside Village community is a community close to the Seawall, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. This home is just a short walk to the beach and dune walkover.
Ring doorbell and outside cameras on main and master deck are in use.
Kayaks not for use. 150.00 fee if house key is not put back after stay.

We’ll be back!

This house is so stunning we’re trying to replicate for our own! The kitchen is amazing and has all the things you need to make any meal, including a wine fridge which was just what we needed! The house also comes fully stocked for all beach adventures including wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. we loved it so much we requested to stay an extra night, the property manager was so helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Beautiful place, very close to the beach

This modern place was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped—we didn’t miss a thing. We had a great week here. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, especially with young kids. Communication via text was easy, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. They even ordered new beach toys for our kids before we arrived. We will likely go to Galveston again next year, and this place is at the top of our list.

Fantastic Beach House for Family

The house was clean, modern, and had all the things for a nice stay. The walk to the beach was quick, and the view of the beach from all of the patios at the house were great. We have stayed in this area for 5 years in a row, and this was our absolute favorite homes yet.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the layout of the bedrooms upstairs and the tv downstairs. Really enjoyed the purified water station. The walk to the beach was great! We had a memorable vacation!

No worries!

We hit the jackpot with this beautiful home with close beach access just an easy two block walk away. Clean, quiet, comfortable and a great kitchen. Master bath/shower are fantastic. Has outdoor shower as well. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The area is secure with a security guard patrolling from time to time. Wasn't blown away by the two local restaurants we went to (Coopers and Nates Westend) but we've had much worse. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could!

Loved it!

Our stay was amazing for the price. A few things to keep in mind:the patio is by the road so you hear cars passing when sitting outside, the bed we slept in was low quality, no hose for outside but there was a shower and there are no TV’s in the bedrooms. However, the houses supplied a lot in the kitchen. Make sure to bring toilet paper. If you are wine lovers like us, they had all the different wine glasses. We love the neighborhood and the easy walk to the beach.

Great House for a Family Vacation for Memorial Day Weekend!

Larry was very prompt in answering questions before stay. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Home had all the amenities and well stocked. Very Spacious for 6 people and close walk to the beach. Home was very warm, inviting and clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again:)

Very clean and well stocked

Very nice property with 3 bdrm and 2 full baths upstairs with a half bath down. Nicely decorated and well stocked for social gathering needs. Everything worked except I could not get the Vizio soundbar to work, but we were not there to watch tv, however, would have been nice to play the music channel through. Easy communication with property owner.

Family Vacation

Our family came to Texas to check in on and spend time with my father-in-law. This could have been an emotional moment, but this lovely home provided the beauty and serenity that our family needed. David has created a fabulous space to relax. Lots of space for our adult family of 6! The proximity to the beach was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet, which was great!
