I did not like that they charge for parking in there parking 15 dollars a day lot the service there was bad. Just not what i expected for this property when u send 800 dollars for 3 nights and they charge u 15 dollars a day too park in there parking lot is very bad. We will be staying there any more in future visits too galveston.

Was decent enough for the distance to walk next door to shop for souvenirs, grab a golf cart for rent, and see pleasure pier. The rooms weren’t as upgraded, the bathroom was a bit dirty and the pool was a bit cloudy. Asked twice for room to be cleaned and it never happened. For the convenience of being able to walk across the road and see the beach that was the only pleasurable thing.

3 day stay before cruise.
Our stay was good . Can’t complain about service. Location was awesome. It was a family vacation and we had 4 rooms but we came together in one car but got charged $30 for each room for parking although we should have been $30 total. Reception desk gave me printout that shows I wouldn’t be charged for other 3 rooms but still waiting for refund to my account.
