This is by far my favorite place that my family and I have stayed in Jamaica Beach. We love Galveston! The home is very clean, so pretty and really feels like home away from home. Beautiful beach house just 5 mins drive to the beach. Beach house is just like the pictures. Beautifully furnished, clean and well equipped. Host is very responsive and quick to reply to questions. You do need to bring your own shampoos and body wash, and extra beach towels. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a dedicated police officer patrolling the neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

The property was beyond what I expected. The house is well kept with everything you need for a beach trip. The area was quiet during the day and night and only 5 minutes to the public beach. My only complaint was that the community pool was only open from 9:00-7:00pm. so we weren’t able to visit. It looked very inviting and had 2 lifeguards working. This house is a must stay and we will definitely be back every year.

This like-new property is set up perfectly for families with kids or groups. We did lots of cooking and grilling, enjoyed the porch swing and cozy seating on the upper deck, and played lots of games in the spacious family room. The location is perfect: we used the boat ramp to launch kayaks just down the street, spent our days at the nearby awesome beach, and were still just minutes from downtown Galveston. The management company and on-site manager were super to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Immaculately clean beach getaway

This property is so well appointed. Plenty of bathrooms, great house design. High ceilings make it feel so spacious. We enjoyed games on the patio, grilled dinner, and were able to cook all our favorite treats in well-equipped kitchen. The short walk to the boat launch meant that I could take my kayak out which was such a dream! The property manager/company was so responsive, helpful, and flexible. Jamaica Beach is the best of all worlds: close enough to Galveston but without the craziness. Gorgeous, wide beach plus close to Galveston State Park to enjoy some beautiful nature. This is the perfect house for a family or groups. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Good Vibes, Good Times, Great House!

Plenty of parking space (Check) Comfortable beds (Check) Wonderful hot water for showers (Check) Lovely home inside and out (Check) This was a ladies trip for me and my fellow female corvette enthusiasts. We needed parking for all of the vettes and enough room to hang out inside. The ladies loved the house, the patio and porch, and the chocolate treats provided by the host. Upon arrival the prior guests (we were told some very young guests) smoked in the house so there was a heavy odor of smoke upon our arrival. We just left the doors open for a while and that took care of the smell and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The host responded quickly to our report of the smell and followed up to make sure things were ok later. We’d definitely book again!
