On the first floor you will find the dining room (seats 8 people), the living room, half bathroom, the kitchen, and access to the back yard.

Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

There is another full bathroom upstairs in the hall.

2 Rooms are Spacious and have televisions. The other two rooms are cute, smaller rooms and very suitable for children as well!

In the backyard there is a NOT IN USE pool. This is the only off limit area.

There is a private garage attached to the house to park 1-2 vehicles. Additionally there is free street parking.

This is a quiet neighborhood, so please limit your noise level past 10 pm.

The house was very nice and very clean! Our dogs had a large, fenced back yard they could play in and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was so nice to have a garage to park in and the whole house was very spacious. The master bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our dog's crates so they didn't have to be in a separate space. It's about 20-25 minutes away from Polaris, but it was worth it to have the scenic drive and quiet neighborhood at night. Griffin was very communicative and we were able to check in very quickly! We'll definitely go back on our next trip to visit family/friends!
