Clean room

Appears to be an older building but very clean. Bed was fairly comfortable . Breakfast was lacking, mostly high sugar items. Breakfast cereal available but no milk that I could see. Location was convenient. Overall, a good stay for the night.

The staff at the hotel was great however there were issues posting my payment at check in and the staff member had to call for help. She had to wait on hold for quit a while and then was told we can’t help you we’ll call you back. It took about an hour and a half to get me actually checked in. I even did early check in on line this afternoon and the charge was immediately showing pending in my bank account. The staff on site was very accommodating and helpful but it was an incredibly stressful experience as I wasn’t sure what to do if it could not be fixed.

Sounds odd, but this review should be higher but for; 1. The late night lobby air was warm, humid and stomach turning. A very bad start. 2. The assistant gave us an uncleaned room to start and immediately assigned another 3. ADDITIONALLY, this Super 8 franchisee charges a $50 DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE (2-5) DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. I GET CHARGED ADDITIONAL iNTEREST.. All of the above occurred immediately upon arrival and is self-inflicted incompetence. I would never stay again. Could have been good.

Excellent value for a clean quiet room

Great place to stay, excellent staff, nice clean room. I will be back. The people who have negative things to say, should stay somewhere else for several times the price for reference, this place is an excellent value for the price.
