This home has 2 bedrooms and1 bath and has been completely renovated inside and out. The master bedroom features a brand-new king mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. The second bedroom features a brand-new, pillow-top queen-sized mattress with luxury 400 thread count, sateen weave linens. There are plenty of options for lounging and relaxing in this beautiful home. Enjoy the Gator game on the 55in TV in the living room, sip coffee on the back deck in the morning under the beautiful oak trees or have a glass of wine on the covered side porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare and enjoy meals. Kitchen features full sized refrigerator, full sized stove and oven, Keurig with coffee and creamer, microwave, waffle maker, blender, and toaster.

We booked this house for multiple Florida baseball weekends (wish the baseball was going a bit better!) and couldn’t be happier with the house and the host. My family was in town for the Florida-Ole Miss baseball series and had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property. Conveniently located to everything you need, the house oozes old Florida charm. Bonus - the wife enjoyed the complimentary coffee items! But what truly made it was the host, who proves the notion that good things come to good people. Ananda is a good egg, and through kindness and communication has earned our family’s business for as long as we are welcome. We are scheduled for a few more stays the rest of the baseball season and can’t wait to return. We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. Great little place close to everything

Clean property, just the right size for 3 of us. Located walking distance to both a park and a police station, and just 5-10 minutes drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. Would stay here again.
