This is a total roach motel. Broken toilet with no lid, dirty sheets, disgusting. No toilet left and found another place to stay. The pics are false or old. Don’t waste your money. Or your health.

For 76 dollars a night it’s definitely not worth it it’s not cleaned properly they have people that’s on drugs cleaning the rooms they have people living in the room so they look bad walls are dirty the bathroom door has a whole with take over it there is no toiletries just two bars of soap the shelves in the refrigerator is tapped up I was very disappointed

I was traveling north from Orlando for a trip involving several stops throughout the day. I decided this location because of price. Reception person mentioned some good eateries nearby for dinner. I opted to eat across the street at at BBQ place. Good price and fast service. This definitely a motel because I backed my car right up to the room door. That was convenient. Went inside to go to the bathroom. No soap! Had to go back to reception to see if bar soap is included! It is included so had to find the housekeeping person to get some soap. Later that evening, a work crew arrived with large trucks and a lot of Spanish talk in the parking lot. Appears that this motel caters to long term business with work crews. I don’t object to who they do business with, but these guys were loud in the parking a lot, just outside my door. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

We got to the hotel a little later in the evening than expected so we were tired from being on the road. We checked in and went to go find the room. There was as a large group of creepy men standing around an open fire burning garbage and random pieces of wood. They were listening to loud music and smoking weed heavily. Our room smelled like weed and the music was loud. We did not feel safe. We knew we needed to go somewhere else. We talked to the manager about the situation and they were not helpful at all. They wouldn’t even entertain giving us a refund so we could find somewhere else. We left and found another room at a different hotel. The price was not worth our safety and comfort. But this should not have happened. We deserve a refund. Ar the very least the situation should have been addressed. But the message we received was ‘too bad’.

Room ok, clean, front desk not so much.

Room was comfortable and clean. No coffee pot in room, king size be but only 2 pillows that were flat.Paul the guy cleaning the rooms was great. Tried to check out about 9am Sunday morning nobody in the offices so i had to stuff the key cards threw the crack in the doors.

Concerns about my recent stay

Dear [Hotel Manager/Customer Service], I recently stayed at your hotel and had reserved a king-size bed for two nights. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with two beds located in the back of the building. Unfortunately, this area was very noisy, with people outside yelling, cursing, and grilling late into the night, which made it difficult to relax. After requesting a change, I was moved to a handicapped-accessible room in the front of the building. While I appreciated the switch, the new room was also very loud, as sirens could be heard throughout the night. Additionally, I noticed that the pictures on your website, do not accurately match the actual accommodations provided. This was disappointing, as it gave me the impression that the room would be different from what I received. Overall, my reservation was not honored as booked, and both rooms ended up being uncomfortable due to noise and misrepresentation.
