A 'grand' hotel that evocative of an elegant past with most modern amenities. Only issue I can name is the poor wifi - which is practically useless so we had to rely on our data plans.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Clean and comfortable larger sized room. Delightful bathroom. Good coffee. And, the most amazing view of Mt. Fuji from its Skyview Chapel!
